Need some code help

I want to post a link that will open a new window and for the window to be the size I want it to be. I have the html code but how do I with html turned off in this forum? I know there are work arounds in "ezcodes" (which I haven't figured out yet either so if you know please tell me) Is there a way to do it with these boards?

Could you shoot me the html code you want to use?  Bloodomen and/or I can take at a look at it and see if we can get it working in vBulletin.
