I know I have a lot of Upgrading to do on Drus, have been working on it but in the mean time here are the current Links on Drusillia and Xebshale

amulet of mummy wrappings
rotting eye mask/blazing skull mask

ditch both of those wrists and grab some ornate or something with hp

can't go wrong with hardened grey flesh sleeves

for shoulder, blessed coldain prayer shawl is nice for the 20% buff ext and ft3, it's a damn fun quest too, i think everyone should do it at least once.

other than that, you're looking good for 58.

high end buyables you might want to save for are:

stonewood/featherwood compound bow
ornate molds of course
steel ring of earthen resilience/cloudy ring of pneumatic force
mithril boots/boots of the storm
mithril gauntlets (although all this mithril stuff you can get for free over time since we've in ntov now)

Best thing is to just kick in some levels and work on your defensive AA's.
