Kargak Redblade is standing next to a Dwarf named Wenden in East Freeport. To get to them, head in the gate from North Ro and follow the left wall. They both start the quest.
Question, if your an evil race can I invis go to them and start the quest? If not what would be the fastest way to build faction?
Best way to gain FP faction is to kill orcs up the wazoo... if you want to skip that, get a druid to wolfform you and you should be fine.
DUH! Didn't even think about that. hehe
No wonder Dop is such a gimp.
If the NPC isn't such a high level, you could try charming the NPC.
