Just wanted to say a few things in apreciation of varant/soe. First off what a great game they have developed. The gameplay is entirely addicting in that in finds audienced in a wide variety of ways and to a wide variety of people. In eq thier are those that play to be ubar, those that play for the friendships that they develope thier, those that play for the epic adventures that await them (haha got that one from an add ;) ) Anyways, my main thing is with those that complain about patches etc in a manner that really doesnt seem fiting of the work and effort that soe/varant has put into eq, I know we pay for it and all but sometimes when im in zones like ot/dl/oasis/wc/ec i see coments that really irk me like "/ooc What another patch? why didnt you fix it the first time" or "/ooc why cant you guys do your job" I read devcorner alot, and you shoulda seen some of the comment in there on patch day.. Anyways Kudos varant/soe I thorougly enjoy playing Campquest er wait is it CRquest? nono ubarlootsquest hehe neways u get the point ;)

Just wanted to share a litle about me since i'm some what quite on guild chat and havn't really taken the time yet to share with you all b4 hand.

I started playing eq a lil less then a year ago at a friends sugestion. I started with the idea of becoming a merchant/blacksmith type character not realizing that at lvl 1 I couldnt progress to the lvl of blacksmith I wanted from lack of funding since you dont start with 50k pp ;) Anyways, I decided to lvl and make some money to fund this idea and gradually got hooked on the gameplay of teaming up with others. If you actually read this far I'll stop boring you with detailed events and get down to a less detailed history ;) At lvl 20 I joined a guild named veeshan bound, I had some fun but thier where alot of problems associated with very low lvl guilds so i went my seperate ways and later at lvl 28 joined a guild named Tribunal of Norrath. I quickly found my home here amongst a great many caring people, Mystikka who has nothing but my utmost respect was the ideal Guild leader, carring and compasionate to a tee. Anyways I progressed to lvl 51 amongst a great many new friends I found within ToN. Some where along the lines I became somewhat annoyed that the newer people to join ToN where not showing Mystikka the much deserved respect she had earned from the many months I had played within her guild. It reached a point where i could no longer take the comment or actions i over saw and decided it would be best to take leave of ToN hoping that the growing phase would go away. It never did so i sought out a new home passing through RoA for a very short time and geting Caught up in a members strife/faud by some chance and thought this was not for me. I shortly there after left and Joined FoT where I had found many of the friends I had made with House of Wargoth had resided. This didnt last too long as they shortly thereafter merged with KoF. At that point I didnt know what to do So i was in limbo for quite some time. But i had heard alot about kof and had even used the website for potions in the past. Quellian, who imagine this was about 7 lvls below me at the time i met him, had suggested me joining kof about the time i left ton. From what i had learned of him, and kof both seemed very respectable and since some of my closer friends, furyus and raydar had joined I decided to give it a shot. Let me say I was quite impressed. Sarkoraz was nothing less then an idol / role model for me (hence the birth of sscalez now 51st champion ;) ), Zaxboan with his incredible eagerness to help others was shocking to me, Tristerians leadership nothing less then impressed me, Soulstars dedication seemed to be unreal, Airelyns compasion rivaled that of my former Guild mother mystikka, The list could go on and on but i will stop at that since this post is already waaay to long ;)

Anyways I hope to get to know you all as well and look forward to learning perhaps some of the details i have shared with you ;)
Please if I offend anyone an anyway let me know.. I speak my mind usualy and have my foot in my mouth usualy 24/7... I try not to take sides on what i see as interpersonel issues (what i see as an issue between on person an another) but sometimes friendships dont allow me to see the other sides, I appoligize now for what i might say in that situation. Another thing I kinda have a policy(guess you would call it that) ubarphatl00tsrghey sarrynsubarphatpharmersanonymouscangotohell and the last in non-sark language ;) Lvling and money/loot come secondary to having fun, everquest when all you think about is loot/xp/money is no fun at all ;) The so called "high-end game" has very litle apeal to me most of the times, exploring new zones has alot of apeal but the rude/indignant holier then thou attitude i find in most at that lvl has scorned me to that part of the game. (again if i somehow put my foot in my mouth by speaking my mind forgive me.)
