The infamous trip to the firepots

Thanks in great part to Ryverwind, I was feeling exploratious tonight, so I decided I would go to the firepots since I'd never been there before.

Having almost no experience with Timorious Deep, I saw 2 little islands near the firepots on the map, but didn't think much of them. As I was swimming across, I decided to run across one of the islands to cut a few seconds off my swim. While doing this, I discovered what lives on that island, and the one next to it. The rest is history...

Thanks very much to Vivace, who came all the way from PoV to kite the wee beasties off of me, and saved me a very long CR.

As promised, here is the only screen shot I managed to get off, which almost killed me when I took it. The raptors look mean.
