It's all worth it.  Kids are the best pets you could ever have.

Of course I was watching the final holes of the '99 British Open when my 2nd was born. One eye on Van de Velde melting down, one eye on Mama, and saying breathe every 30 secs. It was an amazing morning. I needed a nap to recover.

Childbirth is tough on us Dads.

In all seriousness, you expectant Dads out there, make sure you get as much sleep as you can now. Because when the water breaks, your on 30 min naps for the next 72 hours. You won't believe how much stuff you have to handle, while she "recovers" from labor.

Oh Aeld,  did you not do the proper research before agreeing to have babies.  Always find out how big they were at birth !!!

Well let see, I was six weeks early and put my mother through 24 hours of labor, made her have her second cecerean. Plus I still weighed over 9 lbs.  Just think about what kind of a monster I would have been if I had gone the full 9 months. :)
