Wizard port/punt/translocates are in the Wiz guild in Neriak Commons in building #6 on the EQATLAS map from vendor Mignar at loc P150, N950. There are 3 spells each for the following places: Grimling Forest, Twilight Sea, and Dawnshroud and each spell costs approx 12pp. Hope this helps :)
